RICHARD BRENT PADGETT

Mr. Richard Brent Padgett, age 77 passed away at his residence in DeFuniak Springs  Tuesday. February 13, 2018.  He was born March 12, 1940 in Hartford County, Maryland.  Richard worked for several major corporations as a mechanic/machinist  before retiring and moving to DeFuniak Springs several months ago.  He loved motors and engines and motor cycles and enjoyed the last several years of his life with his trusted friend and companion, Michele Hager.

Among those who survive Richard Padgett are his companion and the love of his life, Michele Hager, his daughter, Deborah Hicks and husband Bill.

A time of family visitation was held Friday morning, February 16, 2018 in Jerry Evans Chapel.
