RALPH NOLAN REDMON

Mr. Nolan Redmon, age 75 passed away Friday night, March 13, 2020 in Salina, Kansas.  He was born March 10, 1945 in Ponce deLeon, Florida, the son of William Gary Redmon and Lyndol Gertrude Bishop.   Most will remember Nolan in his association as produce manager in retail grocery outlets.   Nolan is predeceased by his wife Donna, and his brother Nonnie D. Redmon.

Among survivors are his daughter, Sherry Whitaker and husband Albert.  His grandchildren, Christine Deese and husband Pedro Jimenez, Kimberly Ruffin and husband Kendrick and Brittany Martinez Deese and husband Luis.  His great grandchildren, Luis Angel, Arriana, Daisy, Kindell, Anthony, Adiana, Armando, Anadelia, Alejandro, Arturo and Anayeli.    His sister-in-law, Annette Gillmore Redmon, his brothers-in-law, Donald Miller and wife Virginia, Walter Ray and wife Joan and Charles Ray and wife Kathrine.   Special nephew, Alvin Redmon and wife Lee and  special nieces Terri  and Tracy. Great nephew Tony Evans and a very special cousin Lynette Bullock and husband Herman.  Also surviving is Nolan's special friend Audrey Goddin.

Floral arrangements are being accepted.  An open air, graveside service, during the maximum sunshine time of day, 11:00 A.M. in New Ponce deLeon Cemetery will be held Friday, March 20, 2020 with Reverend Larry McGowan officiating.   Family and friends are urged to take universal precautions, maintain social distancing, bring along hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes.  Nolan will be laid to rest beside his wife Donna.  Friends and family may go on line to view obituaries, offer condolences and sign the guest register at jerryevansfuneralhome.com .
