THIS POEM WRITTEN BY MITZIE ABOUT HER RELATIONSHIP WITH HER MOM
Years have passed but I recall
Each hour I spent with you;
The beauty we saw of a golden Fall,
The Springs which made things new.
Everything - so beautiful!
The flowers - and the sky
A fairyland so bountiful
Where I need never to cry.
It was good to walk beside you
In the years that have gone by.
How wonderful to know it's true
We'll walk again in the sweet by and by.
I owe so much to you, it's true
So much I can never repay.
I thank the Lord above each day
For such a Mom as you.
