Mary Anna Wilkerson Clemons

Mrs. Mary Anna Wilkerson Clemons, age 99 passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012 in Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born September 14, 1912 in Ponce deLeon, Florida, the daughter of Reubin Wilkerson and Anna Harrison Wilkerson.

Survivors include her sister-in-law Mildred Wilkerson, her daughter-in-law Luticia Clemons, her grandchildren, Robert Clemons, Felix Brown (Gloria), Keith Brown (Louise), Belinda Hogans (William Lee), Setrell Brown (Shirley), Velisa Hogan (Obra), Rita Dickey (Delwyn), Artis Clemons, Jr., Michelle Clemons, Teresa Clemons and Carla Clemons. Twelve great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a special lifelong relationship with the Meigs family of Niceville, Florida and friends also survive.

Those being asked to serve as pallbearers are Obra Hogans, Jr., , Karlos Jackson, Dewayne Hogans, Delwyn Dickey, Jr., Joe Davis and Tim Brooks. Floral arrangments are being accepted, Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. in College Avenue Church of Christ with Minister Nathan Potter officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Euchee Valley.
