Judy Nobles passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2010 a week after her fifty-third birthday in Chautauqua Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born March 29, 1957 in Pensacola, Florida the daughter of Marion Hutcheson and Marie Brannon. A lifelong resident of the Freeport, DeFuniak Springs area Judy attended Walton County Schools. She worked many years in the restaurant/club business. In later life she enjoyed growing flowers and had a distinct love of hummingbirds which always fascinated her. She was a Young and Restless viewer but her greatest love was for her family, her mother and her Aunt Ruth, her children and especially her grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Leon Curtis Nobles.
Among survivors are her son Frank Parker, her daughter Lisa Jones and husband Roy. Her sisters, Sherree Amason and husband David, Sarah Watson and husband Kenneth and her brother Don Brannon and wife Sherry. Her grandchildren, Madysen, Clayton, Curtis and Aaron and a special aunt, Ruth.
Floral arrangements are being accepted. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. Friday until 11:00 A.M. Friday in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Friday, April 9, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church with Reverend David Amason officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
