Mr. J. C. Spears age 67 of the Darlington Community of North Walton County passed away Thursday, September 17, 2009 at ARC Group Home in DeFuniak Springs. He was born April 17, 1942 in Darlington the son of Beulah Spears. J. C. attended Darlington School and his childhood was filled with summers full of fun in the Darlington Community. A heart of gold, J.C. is now in a place that holds no bounds; a life well lived he passed the most important test of all. He is predeceased by his mother, his uncles, Preston and Lofton Spears and his aunt, Carrie Bell Cook.
