Faye Hicks Jones

Mrs. Faye Hicks Jones, age 77, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 in Mid Pinellas Hospice in St. Petersburg, Florida. She was born October 26, 1939 in DeFuniak Springs. She was the youngest of five children and a member of the Presbyterian Church. Faye worked for the Department of Education in Tallahassee, New Port Media and Bankers Insurance Companies in St. Petersburg. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife and mother.

Left to honor Faye are her husband, Nelson and son David Jones. Grandchildren, Zachary and Gabrielle and her sisters, Mary Louise Hoffman and Helen Hicks. She is preceded by her parents Oscar and Minnie Hicks and her sister Marie Spence.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the Jones Family Plot in Magnolia Cemetery with Dr. Larry Teasley officiating.
