CAROL LEE SMITH SWORD REYNOLDS
Mrs. Carol Sword Reynolds, Age 66 of DeFuniak Springs passed away Tuesday August 19, 2008 in a Pensacola healthcare facility. She was born December 16, 1941 in Monroe, Michigan the daughter of Clyde Wesley Smith and Clara Ida Grace Reitz Smith. Carol and her family moved to DeFuniak Springs in 1978. She is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Percy Sword who passed away in 1995; her sons Daniel, and Joe; her brother Richard Smith and wife Doris; her sister, Geraldine Sacka, her grandson Matthew and her grand daughter Chelsey.
Among survivors are her husband, Paul W. Reynolds of DeFuniak Springs. Her son, Rick Sword and wife Nancy of Belleville, Michigan. Her daughter, Sandra Graser of DeFuniak Springs. Her sisters, Elsie Ostrowski and husband George of Palm Harbor and June Souder and husband Dennis of DeFuniak Springs. Her daughters-in-law Victoria Sword and Lesley Sword; eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren also survive Carol Reynolds.
Service will be held Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in Jerry Evans Chapel. Burial will follow in Cluster Springs Cemetery. Arrangements and services are under the direction of Jerry Evans for Mrs. Carol Smith Sword Reynolds.
