Barlow Johnson

Mr. Barlow Johnson, age 55 of the New Harmony Community of Walton County passed away at the family residence Tuesday, January 8, 2013. He was born in Hyden, Kentucky the son of George and Edna Wilson Johnson. Barlow came to the Walton County area in the early ninties after following his brother Floyd and his wife to the area. He was involved with commerical fishing, moved and set up mobile homes and his last employment was with APAC until ill health forced his retirment. Barlow loved to hunt and fish and when asked what his favorite pastime was he would always reply he had three; fish, fish and fish. He is predeceased by his parents and a brother Raymond.

Among survivors are his son Anthony and his daughter Pamela. He is survived by siblings, Floyd, Nadine, Ruby, George, Jr., Gladys, Charley, Linda, Lois and Arbert. His significant other, Rose Ellis also survives.
